ONV LAW expands its team of lawyers and increases its projects portfolio by 20% in the first 3 months of the year

• ONV LAW, one of the most dynamic law firms in Romania, expands its team with 6 new lawyers, as a result of a 20% increase in its project portfolio in the first 3 months of the year. 
• The increase in business volume comes from areas such as financial-banking, insurance, e-commerce, telecom, chemicals, energy, and artificial intelligence.
• At the end of the last year, ONV LAW reports more than EUR 1.5 million turnover and an increase in the client portfolio of 15% compared to the previous year.  

ONV LAW, one of the most dynamic law firms in Romania, expands its team with 6 new lawyers, as a result of a 20% increase in its project portfolio in the first 3 months of the year.

The expansion of the law firm's team is supported by significant increases in the main areas of expertise, both in the Public Law segment (public procurement consulting and litigation) and in the Business Law segment (labour law, corporate M&A, white collar crime). The increase in business volume comes from areas such as finance-banking, insurance, e-commerce, telecom, chemicals, energy, and artificial intelligence. At the end of last year, ONV LAW recorded a turnover of over €1.5 million and a 15% increase in client portfolio compared to the previous year.

Andrea Stercu, Anca Richițeanu and Ingrid Miclăuș joined the team as associate lawyers, Alina Alexe as consultant lawyer and Corina Monea as consultant. Vlad Dumitru also joined the ONV LAW team as a consultant lawyer.

With over 7 years of experience in business law, Andrea Stercu, Associate, specialises in public procurement, infrastructure and construction litigation. In the last year alone, Andrea has provided legal assistance in infrastructure projects, complex urban planning litigations, administrative litigations and civil and commercial litigations.

Anca Richițeanu, Associate, a lawyer with over 13 years of experience, is part of the Business Law team of ONV LAW and is involved in projects in the field of labour law, restructuring and insolvency, commercial law, providing legal advice to companies in various sectors such as real estate, telecom, transport, tourism and financial-banking. Anca is also specialized in competition law, having 6 years of experience as an inspector in the Competition Council.

Ingrid Miclăuș, Associate, is a lawyer specialized in criminal law, with 6 years of experience in the field and provides legal assistance and represents both companies and individuals at all stages of criminal proceedings, regardless of their procedural status (injured party, suspect, civil party or witness). Ingrid also provides legal assistance in complex cases involving investigations into corruption, money laundering, tax evasion and other common law crimes.  

Corina Monea, Counsel, joined the magistracy 28 years ago. She ended her career as a magistrate in 2022. Over the years, she has handled both civil and criminal cases. Since 2008, she has specialised in civil law and at ONV LAW, Corina is part of the Business Law team.

Alina Alexe, Counsel, joins ONV LAW's Business Law team, with over 23 years of experience in legal assistance and representation of both companies and individuals. She specialises in commercial law, civil law and employment law and provides legal advice to administrative boards on corporate governance issues, including corporate responsibility.  

Vlad Dumitru, Counsel, joins the ONV LAW team with experience in public procurement, construction, energy and natural resources, as well as in the coordination of utility and urban infrastructure projects. Vlad provides legal assistance to both private companies and public authorities, specializing in commercial and administrative law. Vlad provides legal assistance to companies in areas such as precious metals, HoReCa, retail, energy, construction and infrastructure.
