Beyond Business School
Beyond Business School is a company founded in the fall of 2023 by serial entrepreneur Grégoire Vigroux, community creator Andra Ghibuțiu, and associate professor Nicolas Boitout. The business school debuted with a program similar to an executive MBA, targeting both middle and top-level managers from international companies, as well as successful entrepreneurs.
The program runs on a fast-track schedule, with two cohorts per year:
- January 12th – March 30th (10 weekends)
- April 12th - June 30th, 2024 (9 weekends).
The program structure includes sessions called CEO Talks, held on Friday evenings (from 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM), where participants have the opportunity to interact with CEOs of top companies in Romania, such as Dacia-Renault, Auchan, Oracle, Orange, EY, BRD, Google, Carrefour, etc., alongside representatives from leading Venture Capital firms in Romania - Roca X, Gapminder, Early Games Ventures, Common Accel.
In addition, specialized courses typical for EMBA programs are taught on weekends (Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM), covering topics such as Corporate Finance, Leadership and Team Building, Public Speaking, Marketing, Sales and Business Negotiation, Venture Capital and Startup Valuation, IT Company Management, Digital Transformation, Sustainability and Macroeconomics, and Global Economic Issues.
The business school's motto is "By professionals, for professionals" so courses and masterclasses are supported by trainers and guests, all actively involved professionals in the business world, bringing not only academic knowledge but also practical experience.
Emphasis is placed on facilitating quality networking and building a strong community of "Beyonders." This community aims to provide mutual support, generate valuable ideas, and identify new business opportunities.
