The success of a startup is not the result of luck or being in the right place at the right time. Instead, we need a procedure for the conversion of ideas into products.
In 2011, Eric Ries published The Lean Startup: a method which proposes a scientific approach to the creation and management of entreprises.
During this workshop, we will discuss how to:
- evaluate and test a business idea,
- find customers,
- qualify customer needs,
- develop a prototype of a product or a service,
- understand when to pivot.
Who is this meeting for: Everyone who is interested in creating a new service or product, either in an existing company or in a startup.
Date and place: September 28th, 2017, Ethos House, Calea Floreasca, 240B, floor 3, 014475,
