POSITION

  • The position will be based at the East European headquarters of the company, in Bucharest
  • Excellent understanding of the selling and business development processes
  • Good PC knowledge (MS Office)
  • Proficient English communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
  • Ability of identifying and offering alternative solutions
  • Client oriented with the capacity of understanding fast their needs and to propose suitable solutions
  • Ability of analyzing, synthetizing and adapting fast decisions
  • Public Speaking abilities

MISSION

Directly working within the sales department, you will contribute to the growth and adoption of “See What I See” solutions in both medical and industrial fields.

AMA XpertEye is actively looking for a qualified Sales Assistant to join our sales team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries, as well as provide support for our sales representatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the sales team in creating excellent customer relationships
  • Create and Monitor customer accounts in CRM system
  • Process orders and check data accuracy in both orders and invoices
  • Contact customers to obtain missing information and answer inqueries
  • Ensure customers have signed appropriate contracts
  • Monitor end of rental agreements
  • Liaise with the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records
  • Develop weekly sales reports
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Stay up-to-date with new products and features

QUALIFICATIONS

You  are  a  talented  individual  with  a  particular  taste  for  sales,  development  and  new  technologies. You understand  the  importance  of  high  quality  customer  service  and  are  looking  to  take  on  new challenges.  You are autonomous, rigorous, and are able to analyze performance using various metrics.

  • Proven work experience as a sales assistant or sales support agent
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office suite
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Able to work in a fast paced international environment
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Team player with a high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
