Corporate Fundraiser - Hope and Homes for Children

The Corporate Fundraiser role, part of the Fundraising and Communication Department of Hope and Homes for Children, located in Bucharest, has responsibilities in the sphere of fundraising activities from corporate donors and prospects. The Corporate Fundraiser will work with the rest of the team to implement the fundraising strategy of Hope and Homes for Children in Romania.

The necessary experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in fundraising or business to business sales;

• Solid time management skills, ability to handle variable workloads, including tight deadlines;

• English language.

Work conditions:

• Facilities: business phone, laptop;

• Holidays: 23 days/year;

• Probation period: 3 months;

• Meal vouchers, private medical insurance;

• Travels: regular visits to partners and prospects in and outside Bucharest.

Main responsabilities:

• Implements the fundraising strategy
• Account management of existing donors
• Supporting Hope and Homes for Children’s team

Responsibilities, activities and tasks specific to the job

• Maintains and develops the direct and related partnerships included in the fundraising activities, the ultimate goal being to raise funds for the organization's projects;

• Plans and organizes fundraising activities/events, assisting Hope and Homes for Children and ensuring constant communication with them;

• Presents proposals to increase the involvement of existing donors and to contract new donors.
