Cushman & Wakefield Echinox expands its Land & Industrial team by recruiting two specialists with a combined experience of 33 years
Bucharest, February 2022: Cushman & Wakefield Echinox expands and consolidates its Land & Industrial team coordinated by Andrei Brânzea by recruiting Marius Frunzuc and Ștefan Oprea, two specialists with a combined experience of 33 years in the real estate market.
Marius and Ștefan have joined the Cushman & Wakefield Echinox team as Land Agency consultants, and will assist clients in the sale / purchase of land plots suitable for future real estate developments - retail, industrial and residential.
Marius Frunzuc has an experience of 18 years in the real estate market, being involved in the expansion process of companies such as Amrest - the franchisor of the Starbucks and Burger King networks in Romania, Profi, Sameday and Telekom.
Ștefan Oprea has over 15 years of experience in real estate and has worked for companies such as Impact Developer & Contractor or Hanner RD.

As a result of the new recruitments, the Land & Industrial team of Cushman & Wakefield Echinox now consists of nine members with an average experience of over 15 years in the field, being involved over time in numerous transactions for a variety of international and local clients.
The local land market remains dynamic, given that there is interest in developing new real estate projects for all types of income-generating properties, namely industrial, office and retail, but also for residential projects. In regards to the land market outside Bucharest, developers mainly focus on expanding their real estate portfolios through retail parks and industrial and logistics spaces.
