GLOBAL VISION
Global Vision is the real estate development and investment platform with one of the fastest evolutions in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe.
Founded in 2004 by the Romanian entrepreneur Sorin Preda, the company has been consolidated, from a start-up, into a platform of integrated real estate services: development, construction and property management, with a cumulative portfolio of 1.8 million square meters of developed and managed spaces, for companies such as HAVI Logistics, Coca-Cola, Mega Image, PepsiCO, Valeo, Litens, Continental, IWIS, Huf Group etc.
In recent years, Global Vision has developed major industrial and logistics projects across Romania, but also in Slovenia and Slovakia. The most important project that Global Vision has under development is Constanța Business Park, in partnership with Globalworth. The project stretches over a land plot of 100 hectares. In 2019, the company launched, also in partnership with Globalworth, the last-mile project near Bucharest - Chitila Logistics Hub, very well-positioned, with access to the N-V ring road of the city, reaching a total leasable area of 78,000 sqm.
Within the property & facility management division, Global Vision manages over 800,000 sqm for companies such as Apex Alliance Hotel Management (Courtyard by Marriott and Moxy), CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, Hagag, Allianz Partners etc.
