Leadership Focus launches #HR School Romania, an HR Management course accredited by ANC

Leadership Focus, a human resources consulting company, launches #HR School Romania, a project dedicated to all HR professionals in Romania who want to be business and people partners as well as impactful leaders in their organizations. The program that #HR School Romania offers starting this fall is "HR Manager" with diploma code COR 1212027 (HR Manager), offered by the National Authority for Qualifications (ANC) on behalf of the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection

Program details

• The program is at its first edition in online format, has a duration of 12 months starting October 1, 2020 and its tag line is: "Grow in one year as others in 10". We responsibly promise the participants easier access than ever throughout the course to HR expertise for their needs.
• Learning is done in an unique way: experiences (exercises, video sequences, questionnaires, conversations), exposure to theoretical knowledge relevant to the theme of the program as well as through interaction with the Trainers (HR Experts) and other HR professionals participating in the program.
• Each month of the program is dedicated to an HR process or theme. Participants receive monthly a study material with (almost) everything about the theme of the month: definitions, immediately applicable working tools, exercises, set of best practices, professional news, 3 online group learning sessions per month about the theme of the month, continuous access to the online community and a substantial BONUS!
• With the help of the monthly BONUS, participants become exceptional Facilitators for short workshops and learning events in the organization. They will receive monthly a 'turnkey' ppt material accompanied by exercises and other working materials that they will be able to deliver as a Facilitator to their colleagues. Monthly we will organize a Mentoring session (Train the Trainer) to deliver the theme from the Bonus. Some examples of the themes in BONUS: Facilitating workshops and learning events, Communication, Time management, Conflict Approach, etc.
• The price and payment methods are designed in such a way that the HR professional participating in the course can support the investment on his/her own or obtain support from the employer.

Trainers in the HR Manager program  

• Anca Covaciu. Leadership Coach, HR Expert, Trainer. Founder of the consulting company 'Leadership Focus'. With over 20 years of experience in the private sector as HR Director, she has supported for development numerous leaders and teams from all organizational levels, including CEOs in int’l companies such as: 3M Corp, Hoffmann La Roche, Zentiva/Sanofi, Enel, Novartis, Alcon. She led the HR function thus contributing to healthy business growth in Romania, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Ukraine. As HR Director, she has obtained important local and int’l awards  for Employee Motivation and Retention (3M Corp) and Organizational Optimization for Business Growth (Alcon-Novartis) programs. She is a graduate of Executive MBA (USA + RO), studies at the renowned HR development organization, CIPD in the UK and has multiple professional certifications for people development.  Since 2017, she designs and delivers development programs for employees and organizations. Se is an HR Trainer with a track record of 10 editions of the 'HR Manager' course delivered under the EU program, POCU 2016-2020.  The personal project dedicated to HR professionals in Romania is "HR School Romania with Anca Covaciu".
• Daniela Necefor. HR Expert. Executive Search Consultant. He has 20+ years’ experience in management and consulting, having experience in multinational companies in the field of engineering, finance and human resources. Since 2000 she founded and runs TBS company (Total Business Solutions), specialized in management, human resources consulting and executive search, corporate and individual advice. TBS is a member of the Global Executive Search network, with coverage in more than 60 countries on all continents. Her experience includes: Human Resources Consulting and Strategy, Executive Search and Recruitment, Career Management, Human Resources audit and organizational consulting, Training and development strategy, Personnel evaluation: personality, leadership, professional integrity, motivation, assessment/development centers, strategy and career advice.

She is a graduate of MINI MBA from INSEAD and holds multiple other certifications in human development programs.
