Le semestre européen a été adapté aux besoins économiques découlant de la pandémie. La Commission a structuré ses recommandations aux états afin de refléter la nouvelle réalité socio-économique suite à la crise du coronavirus.1 Elle dirige ses préoccupations autour de quatre piliers: la stabilité économique, l’équité sociale, le pacte vert européen et la productivité. Dans le cadre du semestre européen, la Roumanie s’est vu octroyer des recommandations spécifiques.
