ExMP: Digital Transformation and Business Strategy

NEW: The 6th module of the Executive Management Programme (ExMP) is Digital Transformation & Business Strategy

The goal of the 2 days session is to understand the impact of the digital revolution (Industry 4.0/New Work) on the business strategy of any business.

The session will look at the outside world (‘Market’) and the inside world (‘Employment’) of a company From there we will merge the two perspectives with a glimpse on the methodologies usually called ‘agile’. From there we will put the different views in context.

The "Digital Transformation and Business Strategy" module is part of the Executive Management Programme ExMP, but you can register for this module individually in the limit of a small number of places.

ExMP aims to provide a "helicopter view" of the main managerial discipline and equip participants with a strategical understanding of the driving forces of the business environment.
