Bucharest, May 2026 — A_BEST Foreign Language Center announces the launch of a new range of corporate English workshops, specially designed for companies that aim to strengthen their teams’ professional communication skills in international contexts.

The new programs — available both as on-site workshops at the Client’s premises and online via the Zoom platform — are dedicated to Human Resources, Sales and Customer Care departments, and emphasize practical, applied and results-oriented communication.

This workshop, dedicated to HR professionals, lasts 3 hours and aims to develop English communication skills in human resources-specific contexts.

Participants will learn to handle interviews, feedback sessions, and difficult conversations in a professional and effective manner, using HR-specific vocabulary and communication techniques adapted to the corporate environment.

English for Sales Teams — “Global Sales English Lab”

Designed for sales and business development teams, this 3-hour workshop focuses on developing communication skills required in international sales.

Participants will improve their ability to deliver commercial presentations, respond professionally to objections and conduct sales conversations in English.

Topics covered include:
• sales communication fundamentals;
• persuasive language;
• meetings & negotiation;
• practical sessions simulating sales meetings.

The workshop is complemented by useful materials for professional activity: email templates, follow-up expressions, and negotiation guides.

English for Customer Care & Support Teams — “English That Builds Customer Loyalty”

This workshop is dedicated to customer support, customer success, front office, and account management teams, aiming to improve communication with international clients.

During the 3 hours, participants will practice solution-oriented communication techniques, complaint handling, and the use of professional and empathetic language in customer interactions.

Program agenda includes:

• handling complaints professionally;
