A new anniversary for ID Logistics: 4 years of logistics activity in Romania
At the beginning of October, ID Logistics celebrated four years of activity in Romania and marked the event with a "sweet" moment, through an anniversary cake.
"We are glad to see that our people gather together with joy in the warehouses yard, eager to celebrate together. This shows that IDL's efforts to keep the team united and at a high level of commitment bear fruits ", mentioned Paul Niță, General Manager of ID Logistics Romania.
"On this occasion, the operations managers were able to thank everyone for their work during all this time and for their daily involvement. The message sent was that each member of the team contributes to the achievement of our objectives, starting with the handlers in the warehouses up to the level of team leaders or heads of departments” he continued.

If the year 2020 was one of stabilizing existing operations and launching a new site, the year 2021 was focused on people, retention and motivation. IDL teams are already adapting quickly to volume fluctuations, through advanced planning and resource management.
