Dăruiește Aripi
Dăruiește Aripi is a Romanian public benefit organization dedicated to improving survival and quality of life for children with cancer through innovative healthcare solutions and by developing services that are transforming pediatric oncology care in Romania.
In partnership with the Romanian Society of Pediatric Oncology and Hematology, the organization established the National Registry for Pediatric Oncology and Hematology, an essential tool for monitoring incidence and survival in pediatric cancer. It also pioneered Romania’s first Outreach Program for children with cancer and created DARA, an innovative digital platform that connects healthcare professionals involved in pediatric cancer care, enabling integrated care and continuous access to patient information.
Dăruiește Aripi co-authored the pediatric cancer chapter of Romania’s National Cancer Control Plan, with its recommendations incorporated into national legislation.
Since 2013, the organization has implemented more than 54 nationwide projects worth over €8 million, in partnership with medical institutions, companies and international organizations.
Dăruiește Aripi is a member of St. Jude Global Alliance and Childhood Cancer International.
