ELIT Romania to continue the collaboration with P3

Bucharest, 7th of November 2019. Pan-European logistics property investor-developer P3 has announced the signing of a prolongation contract with ELIT Romania for 8,500 m2 warehousing spaces and 1,300 m2 for offices. ELIT Romania is present in P3 Bucharest A1 park since 2013.

Therefore, we will arrange additional office space, together with a special docking system that will increase the efficiency of the deliveries and the usage of the space.”

P3 Logistic Parks has acquired a 16-hectare site in Dragomiresti Vale, a prime logistic location on the North-West outskirts of Bucharest. A new 80,000 m2 logistics park – to be known as P3 Bucharest NW Ring Road – will be developed on this land. P3 Bucharest NW Ring Road has direct access to the newly extended Bucharest Ring Road and provides easy access to all parts of the Romanian capital, as well as the A1 and A3 highways.
