EVERSHEDS SUTHERLAND Romania enlarges its partners team

Eversheds Sutherland Romania continues to develop the Banking & Finance, Telecom, Corporate and Employment practice areas and announces the promotion of three new partners in its Bucharest office: Alexandra Șulea, Carolina Baloleanu and Oana Dobre.

Alexandra, Carolina and Oana are senior lawyers and members of the Eversheds Sutherland team for more than 10 years and this promotion comes as a recognition of their efforts and strong alignment with the values of the firm. They will enlarge the partners team formed by Mihai Guia, Cristian Lina, Cristian Guia and Sorin Șușnea.

Alexandra and Oana coordinate projects in the Corporate M&A and Employment practice areas, and Carolina is responsible for projects in Banking & Finance, Telecom and Energy.

At the same time, Cristina Roșca and Irina Stoicescu were promoted as senior lawyers within the Real Estate and Corporate practice areas.

With more than 3000 lawyers, Eversheds Sutherland is a law firm which operates in 68 offices in 32 jurisdictions, offering legal services to the business and financial areas, in both the public and private sectors.

Eversheds Sutherland Romania has now 30 lawyers in its Bucharest office, in key practice areas for the business environment, such as: Mergers & Acquisitions, Financing, Employment, Antitrust and Competition Law, Real Estate, Energy, Telecom, Litigation, Data protection.

Eversheds Sutherland Romania has recently assisted Telekom with the sale of the fixed communication operations to Orange Romania, Sika with the acquisition of Adeplast and Unilever with the acquisition processes of Betty Ice and Fru Fru.
