JOB PROFILE - FINANCE MANAGER, Brasov, Romania

We are looking for a Finance Manager, based in Brasov. The role reports directly to the General Manager, locally, and to the European Regional Manager, functionally. She/He coordinates the finance team and supports management decisions by creating objectives and transparent view backed by financial data. Our client company is a large multinational company, active in Business Services industry.

Key criteria for the role: Strong controlling expertise, experience or very good knowledge of accounting, people management; ability to see the big picture while focusing on the process and procedures; thorough understanding of the drivers of financial success of the business; ability to work with management on continuous improvement.
