The project was successfully integrated at our client Joyson Safety Systems (formerly Takata) - Sibiu, Romania and consisted of feasibility studies, design, engineering, manufacturing, programming and commissioning for a robotic cell that includes: 3 Kawasaki industrial robots , 40 linear meters of conveyor, 1 pressing system for soldering, 60 pneumatic systems, 1 system of taking and storage, over 160 sensors and RFID identification systems.

By implementing the solution proposed by IMSAT, we reached a productivity increase from 100 pieces (airbags) per hour and 4 human operators, to 300 pieces per hour with 2 human operators.
