Join Team HOSPICE at Bucharest International Marathon

About us
HOSPICE Casa Speranței has been in Romania since 1992, helping children and adults with incurable illnesses and their families. So far, the foundation has provided free comprehensive palliative care services for over 30,000 people. Every year, over 170,000 Romanians struggle with an incurable illness and need care, support and guidance. Because all services are provided free of charge, HOSPICE needs funds to continue helping those who struggle with a life limiting condition.
The event
Over 20.000 people will participate on 12-13 October in the Bucharest Intenational Marathon. For many years now, Team HOSPICE is the biggest team at the marathon. About 900 people will participate and unite their forces to raise funds for the much needed palliative care that HOSPICE offers for free to its patients.
The available races are: 42 km, 21 km, 10 km, relay (4*10 km), 3 km.
There are two ways to register for the event:
1. Sponsorship packs: based on your choice, we provide a number of free registrations and visibility for your company.
2. Individual registrations: you and your friends can sign up individually for the event by paying the race tax. The tax is 500 lei (105 euro)/ runner for the long races (42 km,21 km,10 km and relay race) and 150 lei (31 euro) for the 3 km race. Deadline for registration: 24th of September
