Alin Stoica – Attorney at Law

Labour Law Specialist 

I became a lawyer right after graduating Law School and I run my own practice for 10 years, period in which I gathered experience as barrister and consultant on civil and commercial cases.

In 2007 I made the choice to join a multinational corporation, hence practicing for 15 years in the field of Labour Law, becoming an expert on both labour relations and social dialogue, applying in practice all the situations that could be imagined in the relations between employees and employers.

I also had the opportunity of working for and in the employers’ associations and in this quality, I directly participated in the interactions between the social partners, from collective negotiations at company level and strikes, to national level agreement negotiations, including the relations of the social partners with the decision makers and also in the international social dialogue area.

Furthermore, in 2021 I had the opportunity of leading a public institution, which enhanced my practical experience. 

In all these stances – lawyer, company representative, employers’ associations representative, or public institutions representative – I constantly managed to meet the client/employer/institution’s interest with professional and moral integrity.  

In 2022 I resumed the professional activity as a lawyer in my own practice. This is a ”start-up” which is based on extensive experience and I intend to develop it in the coming years, aiming to become a point of reference for the specialization domain – Labour Law.
