Lucsto is a boutique advisory specialized in business valuation (value range), transaction services (due diligence), mergers & acquisitions (mandates for selling/acquiring companies) and state aid assistance (grants).
Complementary services also include intangibles and property valuation, mergers and spin-offs projects, industry benchmarking.
Our work is powered by data and guided by knowledge (≈17years experience in top consulting firms with +200 projects in various sectors: energy, agri-business, health & pharma, transportation, automotive, technology).
Lucsto Advisory is a corporate member of Anevar (National Association of Romanian Valuers). At the individual level: Recognized European Valuer (REV TEGoVA) and accredited member Anevar (MAA EI business valuation). Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Framework (9/14 ACCA) and Romanian Statutory Accounting.
