Nhood strengthens its global position through the acquisition of a French property management leader

Bucharest, October 3, 2025 – Nhood, an integrated real estate services and solutions company present in 10 European countries, including Romania, is reinforcing its global position in the real estate market through the acquisition of SCC France, a top property management player also present in Italy and Spain. This transaction marks a key step in building an integrated group of brands specialized in real estate services, united under the Nhood umbrella.

SCC France will retain its strategic and operational autonomy, ensuring continuity of its business and client commitments. At the same time, the company will benefit from Nhood’s integrated model – multidisciplinary expertise, geographic reach, and investment capacity – to accelerate its transformation and strengthen its competitiveness.

This transaction is not a merger or a traditional takeover, but rather the acquisition of 100% of SCC France’s share capital. The company will continue to operate under the leadership of its current President, Maurin Nadal, maintaining autonomy and ensuring the protection of clients’ interests and confidentiality. At the same time, it will enhance Nhood’s expertise in a strategic segment and enable the group to provide fully integrated, high-level services across the entire value chain of commercial properties. SCC France will also gain access to new resources to support an ambitious project that leverages the expertise and commitment of its teams.

This strategic move strengthens Nhood’s objective of consolidating complementary expertise within the group – alongside companies such as H&A Properties and Stereograph – and building a comprehensive portfolio of real estate services.
