Optim PM Assists Portland Trust during the Construction of J8 Office Park

Optim Project Management was appointed by Portland Trust to manage the construction of its new commercial project in Bucharest – J8 Office Park.

The project will comprise of two separate and self-contained, U-shape office buildings set over a shared two-level basement parking structure. The new, high-specification and sustainable office development will have 9 floors above ground and GBA of approx. 77,600 sqm which will accommodate on the ground floor level shops, restaurants and a gym. J8 Office Park will target a BREEAM Excellent rating.

Optim Project Management is  providing since Q4 2019 Project Management, Cost Management, Tenant Coordination, Site Inspection (Dirigentie de Santier) and Health & Safety Coordination services.

The delivery date of J8 Office Park is envisaged to take place in Q3 2021.
