ParkLake - A new successful retail project delivered by OPTIM PM
Optim Project Management are pleased to congratulate ParkLake for the successful opening on 1st of September 2016. With a total gross build area of 195,000 sqm, the shopping centre themed around “Park-Nature-Family” is bringing new perspectives in terms of shopping and entertainment activities in Bucharest.
The €180 million investment from Sonae Sierra and Caelum Development comprises more than 200 shops, an international food court, a 14 screen Multiplex Cinema operated by Cinema City and a Carrefour Hypermarket.
With a team of 35 professionals on the project site, Optim Project Management role in development of the shopping center was Procurement, Cost & Construction Management, Tenant Coordination, and Architectural Design for internal public areas and external finishes. Optim PM had also managed the BREEAM Assessment to Excellent and provided constant technical support from the very beginning until the end.
