SGB HUMANGEST ACQUIRES IHM TOTAL CONSULT IN ROMANIA

Bucharest, October 3rd, 2019 - Roberto Maroni, Chairman of SGB Humangest, an Italian Group of companies providing specialized consulting services in the field of human resources selection, training and management, has announced today the acquisition of IHM Total Consult SRL, a Romanian company involved in providing services in the fields of temporary work, recruitment, selection, administration and payroll services.

The acquisition of IHM turns SGB Humangest operations in Romania into a 25 million euros business whilst becoming the 4th largest provider of temporary work and human resources services in the Romanian market in terms of turnover (*according to the figures for 2018). The acquisition also brings into the Group additional expertise and talent in recruitment, administration and payroll management services.

The acquisition had received the approval of the Romanian Competition Council earlier in the year.
