Shopping City Piatra Neamt: A New Retail Project Added to Optim PM’s Portfolio

Optim Project Management is very pleased and proud to announce that another retail project was added to its portfolio. Shopping City Piatra Neamt was officially opened by NEPI on 1st December 2016, after being developed in a record time of 7 months. 

Optim PM started the works on site in May 2016, and this engagement was made possible through the extraordinary collaboration between our 15 professionals and the rest of the project team. Optim Project Management was in charge with Construction and Cost Management, Procurement, Health & Safety Coordination, and Diriginte de Santier Services. In addition, Optim PM undertook the architectural, MEP installations and structural design and managed the fit out works of the Cinema City complex.

Shopping City Piatra Neamt, with a GBA of 38,000 sqm spread over two levels, includes an outdoor parking for 1,000 cars, easily accessible through the roundabouts created at the two entrances. The shopping centre rises to the highest standards and is comprised of shops, a variety of restaurants and cafes, entertainment area, and a roof level terrace which offers spectacular view to the surrounding mountain range.  Together with the shopping centre, the first Carrefour hypermarket was opened in the region, and within few days the Cinema City will be completed, offering 6 cinema halls with 2D and 3D projections facilities.
