Shopping City Satu Mare Opens for Business

Optim Project Management has completed the Construction Management services for Shopping City Satu Mare, the new main regional shopping and leisure destination, which will be opened today, 5th December 2018.

Appointed in the summer of 2017, Optim Project Management oversaw the project by offering Construction and Cost Management, Procurement, Tenant Coordination, Health & Safety and Site Inspection (Dirigentie de Santier) services.

The shopping centre has a gross built area of approx. 37,900 sqm and provides a hypermarket, a gallery, a fashion area, a food court and an entertainment area. Shopping City Satu Mare benefits of 1,108 parking places and a green area of approx. 4,000 sqm. The construction commenced in March 2018 and completed within 9 months.
