More than 15 years of experience in Construction filed, being involved in different domains such as: design, project management, technical management, technical consultancy.
Stefan Zhibarcea has an extensive knowledge of structural design, design team coordination, licensing and permitting processes, procurement, contracts negotiation and construction management. Working across Romania he has been involved in a cross-section of development sectors including Infrastructure projects (roads and bridges), Residential developments (ranging from 30 to 3000 apartments), and retail projects (retail parks between 5.000 and 40.000 sq.m) at all at various development stages from feasibility through to construction, handover and operation.
He has been part at different moments in time of the teams of Arcadis Eurometudes, SCCF Iasi (Colas Group), Bogaris, SW Umwelttechnik Romania.
Since 2011 Mr. Zghibarcea is a member of Holcim Romania team, dealing with Infrastructure projects from design phase till site construction and was involved in over 300 projects in Romania such as: highways, airports, national roads, county and local roads.
