Țuca Zbârcea & Asociații named Romania Law Firm of the Year by the British legal directory Chambers Europe
Monday, 27 April 2020: Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii scoops Chambers & Partners’ most prestigious European award for excellence – “Law Firm of the Year” at the annual Chambers Europe Awards for Excellence ceremony held last week.
Chambers Europe singled out Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii as the best Romanian law firm during an awards ceremony aimed to honour those firms with outstanding performance over the past 12 months on the basis of the independent research carried out for the 2020 edition of the Chambers Europe guide.
Originally scheduled to take place in Madrid, Spain, the event has been made digital, given the growing concern around the recent developments resulting from the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii won the “Law Firm of the Year” Award for Romania against strong competition from four other national and international law firms. The award recognises both pre-eminence and notable achievements over the past year, including outstanding work, impressive strategic growth and excellence in client service.
This year, national awards were given to law firms from 24 jurisdictions: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Turkey, United Kingdom, Ukraine.
The “Law Firm of the Year” Award rounds off a successful 2019 year for Ţuca Zbârcea & Asociaţii. The Romanian independent law firm has garnered a string of local and international accolades over the past 12 months, among which the “Law Firm of the Year” Award at the annual Business Review Awards Gala 2020, further to the decision made by an independent panel of judges.
