UiPath Foundation is a non-profit organization changing the trajectory of children living in poverty through long-term, personalized support and innovative technology-enabled education. Guided by inspiring role models, we equip each child with the skills and confidence needed to succeed, both in school and beyond.

What sets us apart:

• Helping Children Through Long-term, Personalized Support:  We create change by offering long-term, personalized support to children in vulnerable communities. Our educational programs span 4 to 8 years, providing not just academic knowledge, but a strong foundation for lifelong success. Children develop key skills such as literacy, numeracy, English proficiency and digital literacy through online classes led by committed teachers and trainers, preparing them for the future. The monthly scholarship helps ease financial burdens, while our intervention addresses academic, medical, psychological and basic living needs. A blend of in-person and online experiences also nurtures essential soft skills, enabling children to grow with confidence and resilience. Throughout this journey, children are supported by inspiring role models,  who offer the guidance they need to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
• Unlocking Opportunities Through Technology:  We provide digital infrastructure (tablets, laptops, internet access) and our own Caleidoscop platform, equipping children with programming and AI skills for the future workforce.
• Partnering with Educators and Communities for Children's Success: We believe in uplifting the entire ecosystem surrounding children, with a special focus on educators. By partnering closely with schools and teachers, we enhance their skills to create nurturing learning environments. But our support extends beyond the classroom, recognizing the crucial influence of family, community, and society on a child’s growth. Through collaboration with local organizations and authorities, we tackle systemic challenges, ensuring every child has the support they need to thrive and reach their full potential.
• Safe and Dignifying Programs for Every Child : Certified by Keeping Children Safe, we embed child protection in everything we do.

Active in Romania since our founding in 2019, we run flagship programs such as the Future Acceleration Program (for middle schoolers) and Own Your Path (for high schoolers), alongside Digital Skills, Teachers' Development, Early Education Forward, and FuturePath Community for students alumni.

Since our founding in 2019:

• 80,000+ children reached through our interventions
• 175,000+ hours of educational activities provided to children
• 53t of supplies, clothing, sanitary products & food provided to children
