• Leading ESRS Consultant & Trainer – Helped over 1,500 professionals understand ESRS standards and is the preferred trainer for Romanian auditors. Since 2023, she has led workshops for the Romanian Chamber of Financial Auditors (CAFR), as well as for other listed companies and organizations.
• ESG Certification – Holds an ESG certificate from ACCA, further strengthening her expertise.
• International Leadership & Strategy – Served on the ACCA Global Council for nine years (the maximum tenure) and chaired the Market Oversight Committee for six years. She also represented ACCA in Brussels, collaborating with Accountancy Europe for two consecutive terms. In these roles, she managed market strategies and led two organizational governance reviews.
