I am an entrepreneur myself and as the founder of a body transformation center, I am in daily contact with both employees and employers. Many of them have told me that they come to the gym to escape the daily stress accumulated at work, a stress that tends to increase more and more.

So we want to address some very important questions to all the companies in Romania: how concerned are they about the well-being of their employees? How much do they do to ensure that they work in a comfortable environment both physically and emotionally? How concerned are employers, in 2023, about the well-being of their employees?

Therefore, Top Wellbeing Employer of the Year is a challenge thrown to companies, giving them the opportunity to demonstrate that they are modern employers who understand what it means to have a happy employee and who aim to provide an excellent working environment.

All companies need external validation through diplomas, trophies, and distinctions, especially when we talk about an independent mechanism of evaluation and awards. Because we know how important employer branding is in attracting new talent, a distinction like "Top Wellbeing Employer of the year" will help them differentiate themselves in the job market as a company that cares about the well-being of its employees." - says Irina Alionte, founder of Bodyshape Transformation Centre.
