Your mission:
As a Corporate Citizenship Specialist you will the person behind all the great activities in the citizenship area, the one who will inspire our colleagues to participate in all kinds of volunteering activities organized with our NGO partners.
Your role in a nutshell:
• Identify NGOs and programs in line with group and network strategy;
• Implement all existent citizenship programs;
• Create staff engagement opportunities & calendar and manage them;
• Monitor staff engagement and participation in volunteering actions;
• Manage other internal volunteering actions;
• Assure internal and external visibility for citizenship activity in collaboration with the Communication department. A little about You
• Bachelor’s degree;
• You have at least 3 years experience in the CSR field, in creating and implementing programs with a volunteering component with different NGOs;
• You are advanced in english (written and spoken);
• You love to be involved in volunteering activities;
• Your creativity helps you find the best solutions to challenges;
• You understand very well the Romanian CSR environment, are aware of all the novelties in this field and can associate a cause with a preestablished direction;
• You have strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
• You have the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
