Being involved in most aspects of engineering including Procurement, Contracting, Consulting on Construction, Management and Supervision of construction and rehabilitation projects, Mrs. Copcea is currently leading the Project Management & Urban Development Department in Egis Romania.
- More than 15 years of experience in project management and supervision of construction works, both civil and infrastructure.
- Over 10 years of extensive professional experience in team leadership, managerial skills, infrastructure development and engineering programmes/projects implementation and administration, contracts administration and staff management, significantly for the transport sector, building and public works.
- Project strategy preparation, development, implementation and management;
- Contract management;
- Extensive experience in administration and management of projects financed by the European Commission;
- Experience in drafting tender documents and contracts for engineering projects;
- Strong knowledge of public procurement
- Extensive experience in infrastructures and buildings, including urban roads and motorways, utilities, buildings and airports
- Experience in procurement, contract and claim management, in particular along FIDIC contract conditions
