The Prizes for a Clean Environment - another chance to register

The "Clean Environment Awards Gala"  has reached the eleventh edition. In the ten editions so far, over 500 projects have been registered that represent examples of good practices in the field of environmental protection.

This year, October 3th marked the launch of the registration session for the 11th edition of the competition "Clean Environment Awards Gala", which has already become an ECOTIC brand. Educational institutions, companies, NGOs and public institutions are still invited to register their projects dedicated to the environment directly on the competition's website, www.premiilepentrumediucurat.ro having the chance to win an interactive board (educational institutions), package services communication (NGOs), state-of-the-art laptop (public institutions) and an Altex voucher (companies).

"Clean Environment Awards Gala" is a contest of the ECOTIC Association, organized at national level and dedicated to the initiatives of environmental protection and conservation of the planet's resources. The competition has four categories, being invited to register companies, educational institutions, public institutions and NGOs that have developed, since October 2018, projects dedicated to environmental protection.

Registrations are made on www.premiilepentrumediucurat.ro by accessing the online application form, available at https://www.premiilepentrumediucurat.ro/enregistreaza-proiect/ by 25 November 2019 at the latest.

“The Cobor Biodiversity Farm harmoniously combines nature conservation and community development. Basically, it is a green business that shows that you can be financially successful, that you can bring to life a Transylvanian village from the 12th century, without aggressively exploiting natural resources. Development through conservation is not paradoxical, but we prove that this concept can be functional! The Clean Environment Awards Gala provided the perfect framework for presenting this project. We are proud to win the big prize for companies, especially since the farm is a different business, which we would like to replicate by as many entrepreneurs from Romania.” – says Orsolya Csakany, Manager of Cobor Biodiversity Farm, the winning project at the Companies Category, The Clean Environment Awards Gala 2018.

The deadline for submitting projects is November 25, 2019, which will be evaluated by a specialized jury. However, the final vote will have the public through the Facebook page ECOTIC Organization.

The winners will be announced on December 5, 2019 on the ECOTIC website, the prizes to be awarded within the eleventh edition of the Clean Environment Awards Gala.

The contest is organized with the support of the Ministry of Environment, Eleven, Heineken, InfoCons, Hotnews, Cărturești, People and Companies, Positive Romania, Image Factory, CCIFER and NGO News.
