Save the date!

This module provides you with key frameworks and concepts about innovation strategy. More specifically the following concepts are developed: innovation dilemmas, innovation diffusion, innovation posture and the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship.

Learning Outcomes

This module aims to explore:

• The key dilemmas in terms of innovation, such as: technology push vs. pull, product vs. process innovation, open vs. closed innovation, technological or business model innovation
• The innovation diffusion process, in terms of pace and type of diffusion.
• The innovators postures, including disruptive innovation
• The relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship , including the most appropriate approaches to fostering innovation within organisations
