ExMP: Strategy

The Executive Management Programme (ExMP) starts with the Strategy module on 11th of April!

The Strategy module will provide you with key frameworks and concepts in strategy. It will show you that a firm must have a clear vision and clear objectives before formulating its strategy, taking also into account the corporate culture. The course will make you aware of the need for intensive strategic analysis, and will make you apply the appropriate tools. Strategy is relevant for all participants – entrepreneurs, managers and leaders – and helps them to understand and make strategic decisions.

The "Strategy" module is part of the Executive Management Programme ExMP, but you can register for this module individually in the limit of a small number of places.

ExMP aims to provide a "helicopter view" of the main managerial discipline and equip participants with a strategical understanding of the driving forces of the business environment.
