The RENPOWER ROMANIA 2019 – The Renewable Energy, Power Infrastructure & Energy Efficiency Investors Conference is scheduled to take place in Bucharest on June 6/7. This conference is part of a large line of events hosted by Euroconvention Global on this subject in over 25 countries worldwide in CEE, South East Europe, Central Asia, Africa, and the LATAM region.

RENPOWER ROMANIA 2019 will gather key stakeholders in the sector, including representatives from the Government, policy makers, International Finance Institutions (IFIs), international and local project developers, EPC contractors, engineering, legal and advisory services, banks amongst others to discuss further private investments into the Romanian power infrastructure and renewable energy markets. Partnerships, new technology and financing of this sector will be at center focus as well.

  • Attending: Key stakeholders in the sector, including representatives from the Government, policy makers, International Financial Institutions, international and local project developers,  EPC contractors, independent power producers, engineering, technology providers, manufacturers, legal and advisory services, banking, investors and private equity entities.

There is a growing development expected in wind, CSP and PV solar, hydro, geothermal and biomass implementation in the next few years. On the other hand, smart grids with the latest technology available will play an important role in the development of grid-connected renewable energy sources.

Continuing support from the authorities, increasing role of the private sector, evolving regulatory framework, ensuring long-term financing of the sector, etc. will be discussed during the 2-day event by local stakeholders and market participants.

Both the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of EU Funds are confirmed panelists at a high level. They will pro-actively participate in the debates and discussions, as will the 25 speakers spread over 6 sessions.
