We are looking for a Technico-Commercial Specialist in Paper industry in the Romanian zone

AxChem Group with support of the world’s No.1 polymer manufacturer, has developed a new line of chemistry, which is designed to help the paper industry achieve its ambitious goals.

By joining the AxChem Group, you will activate in different regions of Romania and you will help to serve our existing clients and represent our company in the area.

AxChem Group offers an extremely interesting and challenging position for a reliable, motivated, independent and ambitious person. As  technico-commercial Specialist, you will be responsible to identify and analyze our clients’ needs in accordance to the company's strategy. You will also help AxChem Group to develop its activity in Romania.

You will have to be available for working on the field more than 3-4 days a week.

Key responsbilities:

  • Collect and analyze data from the market to examine potential sales of AxChem Groups products
  • Identify the client needs, test and establish ways upon they can be met for maximum benefit and satisfaction
  • Ensure close contact with end customers and help us to increase awareness of our brand
  • Help to create new business opportunities and make sure that the customers’ requests are followed-up and reported to our technical team
  • Manage the existing clients
  • Report to our Balkan office,  based in Zagreb
  • Writing detailed reports and presenting results
  • Analyze competition and understand how to position our products based on its quality and on the fact it is custom


Your qualifications:

  • Strong know-how about Paper industry
  • Specific vocabulary linked to the Paper industry
  • Experience with Paper Mills, manufacturing Paper (White. Graphics paper, printing paper, cardboard paper, newsprint paper …)
  • Commercial experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in English is a must
