Flexible Workspace & Soft-Landing Hub in Bucharest

Supertree is a 2,200 m² flexible office and community space that opened on 2 June 2025 in BOC Tower, Globalworth, Pipera, following a €1.3 millionprivate investment by entrepreneur Gianina Craciun.

Conceived as more than a traditional coworking venue, Supertree answers the post-pandemic need for turnkey infrastructure paired with a curated professional network: members “rent experience, not square metres”.

The hub comprises 36 private offices, 60 scalable open-plan desks, seven fully equipped meeting rooms, a podcast studio and a 100-seat amphitheatre, all managed by an in-house team.

The community programme includes themed lunches, desk-side relaxation massages, personaldevelopment workshops and regular networking events, offered at no extra cost to members.

Supertree is complemented by Adeco Advisory, the consultancy founded and led by Gianina Craciun.

Adeco provides foreign investors and expatriates with company incorporation, tax and payroll services, legal services, talent acquisition, work-permit and family-relocation assistance, as well as local duediligence and M&A scouting.

Together, Supertree and Adeco Advisory form an integrated “soft-landing” platform that enables francophone and other international companies to become fully operational in Romania in under 30 days.
